Our Celebration Day 2018

Blessing, Assembly and Hangi

What a fantastic way to end our term.  We have been learning about our new names and spaces.  To share our learning, we had a celebration day where we invited guests and all contributed to the day.  The rain and hail came down on us but the day it was still a day of being together and sharing.  We all felt very blessed to be surrounded by such great people.

  1. Hi there Te Ropu Whakamanawa, my name is Bilal and I am from Waikowhai Primary School, and I really like how you have shown what you did on you celebration day. It reminded me of my school's celebration day. It was really cool (even though I didn't go) but people said that it was very cool. Maybe next time you could think of adding a few more slides to your presentation. If you want to check out my blog here is the link

  2. Congratulations on your celebration of your new learning spaces. I am imagining that you are now learning in these spaces. I hope it is going really well. What are the names of your new learning spaces and the stories behind the names?

  6. Kia ora Te Rōpū Whakamanawa. My name is Karl, from Waikowhai Primary. I really liked how you got to have guests that contributed to this 'charity'. When you talked about hail, it reminds of having hail near my old home. You could introduce your new spaces. And how did you get contributors to come in? Anyways, if you are keen to check blog, http://wpskarla.blogspot.co.nz/.

Blog you later Te Rōpū Whakamanawa!
