Year 6 Camp 2016

Year 6 Camp is always an enjoyable and memorable time for our Year 6 students and this year was a particularly great camp.  Here are a few pictures of our time in Hanmer.

Swimming Lessons

For the past two weeks, the Senior Hub have been having swimming lessons Canterbury Swim School on Buchannan's Road.  Each day, we walk across the road and spend thirty minutes in the pool with very dedicated and qualified swimming instructors.  The progress throughout this time is impressive.
Check out a few of our photos~

Our Guest Teachers!!

Stacey

This term we are very lucky in Rimu Class to have two wonderful teachers with us.  Miss Barr and Stacey are both studying to become teachers at Canterbury University. They will be working in Rimu and in other areas of the school for the rest of the term.  We are so happy to them both here to support our learning.

Rimu Class logged in today and had their first session on it.  Here's what they thought:

Having a device each certainly makes learning more accessible for all students.
