Happy Eid Nowruz

Happy New Year

At the moment, Muslims are celebrating the New Year.  This is celebrated for thirteen days.  To help celebrate this, Elham brought in some delicious cake for Rimu Class to share.  It was delicious and somebody had three pieces.  Thanks Elham.  Check out Elham's slide below.

Delicious treats
Thank you for sharing with us Elham.

I love the information the you have given for the Eid. This can be an example for Eid Al Qader. You look really beautiful at this picture.

It the cake was delicious then I will tell you how to make it.
Why there is no boy in the picture?

  2. Happy Eid Nowruz Elham,
Thank you for sharing. That is all new learning for me. It is great to find out more about the Muslim New Year, what it means to you and how you celebrate it. It makes lots of sense spring cleaning your house and buying new clothes as a symbol to start the new year. It must be a lovely time seeing friends and families and sharing food together.
