Te Ara Angitu is a group of Year 5 and 6 students at Ara Tū Whakatā Gilberthorpe School in Hei Hei, Ōtautahi, Aotearoa. Welcome to our blog where we share our learning throughout 2022.

Olympic Study

Olympic Study

We have all enjoyed the recent Rio Olympics and have been working on an Inquiry in the Senior Hub about this.  This term we have used a matrix which includes the Gardner's Multiple Intelligences and Bloom's Taxonomy: Six Thinking Levels.  We are looking forward to sharing our learning.
Children can choose activities from each area so they are learning in ways that they enjoy.


Students use information from our class display to check their learning.
