“On a pathway for success, in our ever changing world”
Who are we?
Te Rōpū Whakamanawa is a group of Year 6 students at Ara Tū Whakatā Gilberthorpe School in Hei Hei, Ōtautahi, Aotearoa. We work in a collaborative learning space of Years 4 to 6 students, called Te Ara Takitini. Welcome to our blog where we share our learning throughout 2018.
We are learning about Samoan music and have been introduced to a new song. Ms Tapuke has been guiding us through our Inquiry into instruments and teaching us how to sing while also learning some Samoan language.
